Once you've booked your package, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started. Here’s how to prepare for your first session with Bee Nutrition:
1. Complete Your Forms
You’ll receive a health questionnaire and consent form via email. These help me get a full picture of your current health and goals. Please return them at least 48 hours before your consultation.
2. Submit Your Food Diary
A 5-day food diary is required before your consultation. This allows me to analyse your current diet, identify possible nutrient deficiencies, and spot patterns or sensitivities that may be contributing to your symptoms.
3. Make a List of Your Current Medications and Supplements
Bring a list (or take photos) of anything you're currently taking — this helps ensure that your plan works safely alongside them.
4. Set Your Intentions
Think about what you hope to achieve through nutritional therapy. Whether you’re looking to increase energy, ease symptoms, or feel more balanced, your goals help guide our work together.
